Rates:

$85/hr.

$106.35/1.25 hrs.

$125/1.5 hrs.

Most insurance is accepted. If I am in your network, I will file your claims, and collect your copay. If I am out of your network, I will still file for your reimbursement with the insurance company after you pay in full for each session. I am required to collect Gross Receipts Taxes for the state of New Mexico on all copays and private payments.

Please note that for ANY UNFORTUNATE HASSELS WITH INSURANCE COMPANY CLAIMS DEPARTMENTS THAT RESULT IN NON-PAYMENT/DENIALS, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR MY TIME, LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS AND FOR APPEALS THAT I MAY FILE ON YOUR BEHALF. I WILL RE-FILE CLAIMS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THIS HAPPENS.

Special Fee Arrangements are available for Students w/o insurance and others in need who are not covered by Medicaid. Salud or Schip accepted. Payment arrangements available.

ALL DEDUCTIBLES WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SERVICE and I will file your claims to indicate that your deductibles are being met. Any unmet deductibles will NOT be carried while you continue in treatment.

As always, SPECIAL FEE ARRANGEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS without insurance coverage and to others in need who are not covered by Medicaid, SALUD! Or Schip.
